Bob Dugan

Bob Dugan has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as Manager of DFIR Talent Acquisition at Arete since May 2021, where operations focus on cybersecurity preparedness and response. Prior to this role, Bob held positions at SOS International LLC as an Intelligence Recruiter, and at BAE Systems Information Technology as Project Manager and Language Program Manager, overseeing contracts that support Intelligence Analysis for the DoD and IC. Earlier career roles at Mission Essential Personnel, LLC included PMO-HR Manager and HR support in Afghanistan, along with various positions in recruiting and intern roles at organizations such as Global Linguist Solutions and the US State Department.
