Lora Baye

Lora Baye is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as the Director of Finance at Arete since February 2020, with previous roles including Senior Finance Manager, Finance Manager, and Finance Accounting Specialist within the same organization. Prior to Arete, Lora held the position of President at Baye Advisors LLC from January 2017 to October 2020 and worked as a Domestic Private Banker and Assistant Vice President at Bank Leumi from September 2006 to November 2015. Lora specializes in developing tailored financial plans by engaging with clients through targeted questions and careful listening, alongside performing sophisticated analyses of investments to ensure suitability and effective asset allocation. Lora Baye holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Real Estate from Florida Atlantic University (2002-2006) and has furthered education at Nova Southeastern University from 2012 to 2016.
