Urusa Shaikh

Urusa Shaikh has several years of experience in the field of forensic analysis. Urusa is currently working as a Senior Forensic Analyst at Arete since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an Associate Consultant at Ernst & Young from January 2021 to August 2021. Before that, they were a Forensic Professional (Cyber Forensic) at Central Forensic Science Laboratory in Kolkata from July 2019 to December 2020. Urusa 'searlier role was as a Forensic Analyst at ICS Assure Services Pvt. Ltd. from October 2018 to May 2019, where they provided forensic solutions and assisted in solving criminal and civil cases.

Urusa Shaikh has a Master's degree in Forensic Science with a specialization in Digital and Cyber Forensics and IT Security from the Institute of Forensic Science, Mumbai. Urusa completed this degree in 2018. Prior to their Master's degree, Urusa also earned a Bachelor's degree in Forensic Science from the same institute in 2016.

Before their undergraduate studies, Urusa attended The KET's V. G. Vaze College of Arts, Science & Commerce (Autonomous) until 2013. Urusa completed their high school education at Holy Cross Convent High School in 2011.

In addition to their academic degrees, Urusa also obtained a certification in the "Forensic Aptitude and Caliber Test" from the Ministry of Home Affairs (mha), Government of India in September 2018.
