David Passarell is a seasoned Senior IT Project Manager with extensive experience in managing complex projects for government clients. Since November 2016, David has supported the United States Department of Agriculture Food & Nutrition Services at ARETUM, holding an active Secret Government Security Clearance. Prior to this, David was a Senior IT Project Manager at Govplace, overseeing a large virtualization project for the United States Coast Guard. David's career also includes significant roles at Infiniti Information Solutions as a Senior IT Project Manager and Business Development Manager, where strategic business development efforts were led, and at IBM as an IT Specialist, focusing on Lotus Notes implementations. David began their career as a Systems Analyst at Eastman Kodak Company and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from SUNY Brockport.
