Rafik Albert

Rafik Albert currently serves as the Sr. Vice President of Lands & Permitting at Arevia Power, a position held since July 2022. Previously, Rafik held various roles at EPD Solutions Inc from October 2013 to July 2022, including Vice President of Planning, Director of Planning, and Senior Associate. Additional experience includes serving as an Associate at RGP Planning & Development Services from November 2008 to October 2013 and working as a Planner at KTGY Group, Inc. from August 2007 to October 2008. Earlier internships at the City of Whittier and Bassenian Lagoni Architects provided foundational experience in the field. Rafik holds a BS in City & Regional Planning from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and an MBA from California State University-Long Beach.
