Martin M. Novak

Martin M. Novak serves as COO and Director of Operations for Arex Defense since January 2022. Previously, Martin held the position of Director of Operations for Americas at Freudenberg Home and Cleaning Solutions GmbH from January 2011 to January 2022, overseeing manufacturing across multiple production sites globally. Martin's earlier experience includes roles such as Plant Manager and Managing Director at Portola Packaging, where responsibilities involved manufacturing plastic packaging, and as a Project Engineer in AGC Automotive Europe. Martin completed a Master's degree in Operations Management and Supervision at the Prague University of Economics and Business and has a background in Civil Engineering from CVUT Prague, complemented by early education in Industrial Engineering. Military service was completed in the Czech Army with the Second Reconnaissance Battalion.
