Elizabeth Stearn

Elizabeth Stearn has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Elizabeth started their career as an Associate Planner at A|X Armani Exchange in 2002, followed by a role as an Associate Buyer at Saks Fifth Avenue from 2003 to 2005. Elizabeth then worked as an Account Executive at Rafe New York from 2006 to 2007, where they honed their ability to understand and respond to stakeholders' objectives. From 2008 to mid-2017, they held various roles at Stuart Weitzman Holdings, LLC, including Director of Planning and Merchandising and Vice President of Global Planning. During this time, they collaborated across functions and built rapport with senior executives to streamline operations and fuel profitable growth. Since 2017, they have worked as a Special Education Advocate, educating and supporting families in navigating the IEP process to ensure appropriate accommodations and services for students with disabilities. In 2018, they joined Arezzo&Co as the Vice President of Global Omni Planning.

Elizabeth Stearn attended Brandywine High School from 1993 to 1996. Elizabeth then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, with a focus on Marketing, from American University between 1996 and 2000. In 2024, they also received a certification titled "What You Need to Know About Crafting a Stand-out Resume" from LinkedIn.
