Robert Lapidus

Robert Lapidus has extensive work experience in various roles within the finance and legal sectors. Robert started their career in 2004 as the SVP/General Counsel at HSP Group LLC, a private investment company specializing in specialty finance and healthcare industries. In this role, they were responsible for managing the company's investment portfolio and handling all legal affairs.

During their time at HSP Group, Lapidus also played a key role in the management of ARF Financial LLC, a leading specialty lender to the restaurant and hospitality industry and retail merchants.

In 2013, Lapidus joined Entertainment Promotions as the Executive VP/General Counsel, where they served until December 2015.

In July 2016, Lapidus transitioned to ARF Financial LLC as the SVP Business Development, a role they continue to hold.

Robert Lapidus has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science from the University of Maryland, which they obtained between 1976 and 1980. Robert then pursued a Juris Doctor degree in Law at the California Western School of Law, where they studied from 1980 to 1983.
