Micaela Amadeo

Micaela Amadeo has extensive experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving in the Talent Management department at Argeniss Software since April 2019, focusing on enhancing employee experience and optimizing HR processes. In addition, Micaela works as an HR-Recruiter at Impulsar RH. Previous roles include a Human Resources Consultant at Grupo Comunicar S.R.L., where Micaela designed and developed consulting projects, and a Services Consultant at Adecco Argentina, managing recruitment processes and client projects. Earlier experience includes a role as Head of Human Resources at Hexacta, overseeing recruitment and startup projects. Micaela holds a Licentiate degree in Psychology from Universidad de Belgrano, complemented by foundational education at Colegio de Todos Los Santos.
