Hilde Haerens has extensive experience in the contact center and business development sectors, currently serving as Manager Contact Center and holding multiple managerial roles at Argenta since October 2015. Prior to this, Hilde spent over two decades at Corona Direct Insurance, progressing from Call Center Agent to ICT Project Manager, overseeing key projects such as the implementation of skill-based routing on the Genesys platform. Hilde began a career at ELECTRABEL - ENGIE GROUP as a Call Center Agent in 1993. Educational qualifications include a degree in handelsingenieur from HUB-EHSAL and a secondary education in Latin-Sciences from Dames Van Maria Aalst.
