Lisa Swinnen

Lisa Swinnen currently serves as Mede-bestuurder at Poolvos Media, a position held since October 2024. In addition, Lisa has been an Expert in Change Management at Argenta since January 2023. Previously, Lisa worked at AXA Bank Belgium from September 2018 to January 2023, where roles included Project Manager for Corporate Culture and Internal Communication, as well as various graduate project management positions focused on culture, change communication, and delivery transformation. Earlier experience includes a volunteer position at Don Bosco in July 2017, assisting street children and orphans, and completing a management internship at Immotheker Finotheker from February to May 2015. Lisa obtained a Master’s degree in Handelswetenschappen from KU Leuven, graduating in 2018.
