Veronique Michiels

Veronique Michiels is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leadership, organizational development, and training. Currently serving as the HR Director at Argenta since April 2015, Veronique focuses on HR strategy and the development of individuals and teams within a dynamic, value-driven organization. Prior roles include HR Management Consultant at PLUS EST EN VOUS, where expertise was provided in HR strategy, employee engagement, and change management, as well as a leadership consultant for ING Group. Veronique's background includes serving as HR Director at ING Insurance Belgium, leading the merger of three companies, and as Lead HR Specialist at SWIFT, where training and development initiatives were implemented. Veronique holds multiple postgraduate degrees, including a Postgraduate Diploma in Mindfulness-Based Approaches from Bangor University and a Master in International Politics from the University of Antwerp.
