Ann Devos

Ann Devos has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry, spanning over 20 years. Currently, they are the Clinical Operations Quality Lead at Argenx since May 2021. Prior to that, Ann worked at Bristol Myers Squibb, where they held multiple roles, including Director R&D Quality Clinical Trial Systems Quality Solutions and Associate Director Quality Governance & CAPA. Ann was responsible for developing and monitoring quality metrics, implementing risk-based Root Cause Analysis/CAPA process, and leading the Potential Serious Breach process Operational Lead.

Before joining Bristol Myers Squibb, Ann worked at Ablynx as the GCP Training & Compliance Director and also served as the acting Head of Clinical Operations. Ann was responsible for ensuring GCP compliance and overseeing training programs.

Ann's earlier experience includes roles at Boehringer Ingelheim, where they served as the MIDI Head of QM-M&R and Lead Compliance Benelux, and at GENimmune as a Clinical Project Manager. Ann also worked at Pierre Fabre Médicament Benelux and Innogenetics NV as a Clinical Research Associate.
