Dominique Ribotta

Dominique Ribotta currently serves as the Senior Customer Service Manager at argenx, focusing on distribution operations and order-to-cash activities. Previously, Dominique held the position of Head of Global Customer Service at Galderma, where responsibilities included defining best practices in order management and implementing a global Order to Cash delivery model. Prior experiences include roles at UCB as Head of Global Customer Service, where Dominique supervised sales order processing and after sales service, and at Chiquita, where a new ERP system was implemented and a customer service team was established in Costa Rica. Additional roles include Sales Manager at Interdean and various positions at Dell, culminating in Team Leader and Sales Coach. Dominique holds degrees in project management and marketing.
