Judith Scholten

Judith Scholten has extensive work experience in various HR roles. Judith is currently the Head of HR at Argenx EMEA. Prior to this, they worked at Medtronic for many years, holding positions such as Sr HR Director for different departments and functions in EMEA. Judith played a significant role in designing a new organizational framework and facilitating collaboration between business leaders. Before Medtronic, they held HR roles at ECDPM, Buma/Stemra, and Manpower Netherlands.

Judith Scholten obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Avans University of Applied Sciences from 1995 to 1999. Prior to that, they completed a Propedeutic Year in Human Resources at Fontys University of Applied Sciences from 1994 to 1995. In addition to their formal education, Judith also holds the certifications of Global Remuneration Professional (GRP®) from World at Work, obtained in 2012, and C1 Level French (autonomous) from Alliance Francaise, obtained in 2003.
