Shikhar Agarwal

Shikhar Agarwal has extensive experience in marketing and market access within the pharmaceutical industry. Shikhar currently holds the position of Vice President, Head US Marketing at argenx, where they successfully led the launch of the drug VYVGART in the Myasthenia Gravis indication. Shikhar has also built multiple indication brand teams and developed a global campaign for late-stage pipeline products in Hematology, Neurology, and Dermatology indications. Prior to joining argenx, Agarwal worked at Amgen, where they served as Senior Director of Marketing and led the creation of a launch strategy for VYVGART that involved deep customer insights and cross-functional alignment. Shikhar also held roles at Amgen as Market Access Director, Oncology & General Medicine, Director of Bone Health Marketing, Senior Marketing Manager in Oncology, Senior Biopharmaceutical Representative in Bone Health, Senior Manager of Commercial Transformation, and Market Research, Analytics, and Forecasting Manager in Oncology & General Medicine. Before their time at Amgen, Agarwal worked as a Senior Consultant at Proxicom, where they developed commercial and analytical solutions for Fortune500 clients. Throughout their career, Agarwal has consistently delivered outstanding results, received awards, and demonstrated leadership and strategic skills.

Shikhar Agarwal completed the High Potential Leadership Program at Harvard Business School in 2022. Prior to that, they obtained an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management from 2003 to 2006.
