As the owner of Bill Pope Construction, Bill specializes in reviewing homes for defects and suitability, as well as undertaking remodeling and repairs with a focus on carpentry and trim. With a rich background in claims management, Bill has held senior roles at Westcap Insurance Services, Inc., Travelers, Gallagher Bassett, NovaPro Risk, The Hanover Insurance Group, Zurich North America, and Kemper Insurance. Bill Pope received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Government from California State University-Sacramento, and his early education was completed at Northgate High School.
