Ron Swanstrom

Ron Swanstrom has over 30 years of work experience in the insurance and actuarial industry. Ron began their career as an Actuarial Student at CNA Insurance in 1983 and worked there until 1987. After that, they joined Coopers & Lybrand as a Principal from 1987 to 1996. Ron then worked at TIG Excess and Surplus in 1996 as the SVP and Chief Actuary for a brief period. In 1997, they started working at CNA Insurance again as the SVP and Senior Actuarial Officer and held this position until 2009. In the same year, they joined EMB America LLC as a Senior Consultant for a few months. Finally, since 2009, they have been working at Argo Group International Holdings, Ltd. as the SVP, Chief Reserving Actuary.

Ron Swanstrom earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Benedictine University.
