Phil Wilson

Phil Wilson serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at Argo Contact Centers since November 2017, where responsibilities include restructuring the operating model and overseeing service delivery and financial analysis. Prior to this role, Phil Wilson was Vice President of Global Operations at West Corporation from August 2007 to August 2017, focusing on cost management and enhancing customer experience in service delivery for a leading conferencing services provider. Earlier in their career, Phil Wilson held the title of Vice President at Convergys from 2000 to 2006, where a successful government market vertical plan was developed, significantly increasing annual revenues, and also served as Executive Director managing outsourced commercial wireless clients. Phil Wilson holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Virginia Tech and an MBA in Finance from the University of North Florida.
