Julio Delgado

Julio Delgado is an experienced Superintendent currently working with Argo Realty and Argo Real Estate since October 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing employee and visitor safety, building maintenance, repairs, and upgrades for residential and commercial properties. Additionally, Julio has been a Superintendent/Manager at Whitney Young Manor LP since October 2014, managing 200 units, a retail space, and a daycare facility. Prior experience includes building maintenance at The Plastic Surgery Center for a brief period in 2014. Julio's education includes certifications in Superintendent/Resident Management and Building Operations, alongside training in building maintenance, HVAC, and business administration.
