Stefan Westdijk

Stefan Westdijk is a seasoned management consultant with extensive experience in technology transformation, sourcing strategy, and operational excellence across various regions. Currently serving as Managing Partner for the Middle East at Argon & Co since March 2023, Stefan previously held the position of Partner at Ernst & Young from 2013 to 2023, where responsibilities included leading technology transformation across the Middle East and North Africa. Prior roles include Director at Ernst & Young Advisory focusing on IT transformation and outsourcing in the Benelux region, Sourcing Strategy Executive at Capgemini Consulting, Country Managing Director for the Netherlands at ABeam Consulting, and Principal at Deloitte Consulting, managing strategic sourcing and logistics. Stefan holds an IEP from INSEAD, an Executive Program in Artificial Intelligence from MIT Sloan School of Management, and an MSc in Business Economics from the University of Amsterdam.
