Trevor Porter

Trevor Porter is an experienced professional in the field of manufacturing and continuous improvement, currently serving as Plant Manager at Argon Industries, Inc. since August 2025. Prior to this role, Trevor held various leadership positions at Bradley Corporation, where responsibilities included managing a multi-site team focused on continuous improvement and manufacturing engineering projects from July 2018 to September 2025. Trevor's career began at GKN Automotive, where significant roles included Product and Process Engineer and Continuous Improvement Leader, overseeing new product launches and ensuring quality conformance for major automotive clients. Earlier experience includes internships in quality engineering at Pentair and transportation engineering at FedEx, as well as research in ergonomics during studies at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where a degree in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering was earned in 2014.
