Mrunal Natu has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Mrunal is currently employed at Argonaut Manufacturing Services Inc. as an Associate Program Manager, a position they started in March 2023. Prior to this, Mrunal worked at Illumina as a Process Development Engineer 2 from November 2021 to January 2023. Mrunal also had multiple roles at Argonaut Manufacturing Services Inc., including Technology Transfer Associate 2 from September 2021 to November 2021, Process Transfer Associate from August 2020 to September 2021, and Product Transfer Tech from August 2019 to August 2020. Before joining Argonaut, Mrunal was a Graduate Student Researcher at Texas A&M University College of Veterinary Medicine & Biomedical Sciences in the lab of Dr. Stephen Safe from January 2019 to May 2019. Mrunal also served as a Graduate Assistant/Analyst at Texas A&M University- Office of Technology Translation from October 2018 to May 2019. Additionally, Mrunal worked as a Student Technician/Summer Intern at Texas A&M University- Institute for Plant Genomics and Biotechnology from February 2018 to October 2018. Mrunal further gained research experience as a Graduate Student Researcher at Texas A&M University College of Veterinary Medicine & Biomedical Sciences in the lab of Dr. James Cai from January 2018 to May 2018. Earlier in their career, Mrunal was a Research Intern at Enzene Biosciences Ltd from November 2016 to March 2017 and an Undergraduate Student Researcher at the University of Pune from June 2015 to June 2016.

Mrunal Natu completed a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Biotechnology from Savitribai Phule Pune University, graduating in 2016. Then, from 2017 to 2019, they pursued a Master's degree in Biotechnology at Texas A&M University. In 2018, they also obtained a Certificate of Entrepreneurship from Mays Business School, which is affiliated with Texas A&M University. Additionally, in 2014, Mrunal received various certifications from Aspiring Minds, including proficiency in English, English comprehension, and creative content development.
