Manas Sibal

Manas Sibal currently serves as an Assistant Manager at CARS24, overseeing business operations and GO-Live programs across 11 regions in East and South India since February 2024. Previously, Manas held the position of Team Lead at OLX Autos from December 2021 to February 2024, specializing in customer experience management and handling escalations at a national level. Earlier experiences at CARS24 included roles as Grievance Lead and Grievance Associate in customer experience for both the Middle East and the Indian market. Manas also gained insights as a Management Trainee at Future Group India and completed internships at Havells India Ltd and UNHU Entertainment LLP.
