Adnan Mohammad, PhD, is a postdoctoral appointee at Argonne National Laboratory, focusing on the synthesis, characterization, and applications of functional coatings, with notable achievements in developing atomic layer deposition (ALD) recipes and synthesizing materials for microchannel plates. Prior to this, Adnan served as a graduate research and teaching assistant at the University of Connecticut, specializing in plasma enhanced atomic layer deposition (PEALD) of advanced thin films, and contributed to mentoring students and publishing research. Adnan's background also includes experience as an electrical engineering intern at Enviro Power Inc. and as an assistant professor at American International University-Bangladesh, where courses in electrical and electronic engineering were taught.
