Argonne National Laboratory
Joe Strzalka is a physicist with extensive experience at Argonne National Laboratory since November 2008, currently serving as the instrument scientist for GIXS at Beamline 8-ID-E, and previously as the instrument scientist for GISAXS and Liquid-Surface XPCS at Sector 8 of the Advanced Photon Source. Prior to this, Strzalka held positions as a research associate and post-doc at the University of Pennsylvania from 2000 to 2008. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Physical Chemistry from the University of Pennsylvania and a BSE in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University, complemented by earlier studies in biophysics at the Technical University of Munich.
