Rachel Harris, Ph.D., PMP, currently serves as a Technical Project Manager at Argonne National Laboratory, where responsibilities include providing mentorship for hardtech startups to facilitate business scaling and technology commercialization while collaborating with innovators and scientists to align with organizational objectives. Previously, Rachel held various roles at PPG, including Research Associate II and Senior Color Science Researcher, where contributions involved supporting digital color initiatives and developing a novel lens color measurement method that secured a significant customer contract.
