Nathalie Rico

Nathalie Rico has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over 16 years. Nathalie'smost recent position was as an HR and Administrative Director at Cementos Argos, where they were responsible for designing and implementing employee engagement strategies, providing HR support to operations teams, and ensuring compliance with regulations and policies. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Caribbean and Central America Manager at Cementos Argos. Nathalie also worked at Grupo Manuelita as the Head of Human Resources Development, where they focused on strategic planning for the recruitment and development department. Nathalie has also held positions at Banco de las Microfinanzas - Bancamia S.A., Merck KGaA, Quala S.A., SEGURIDAD ATLAS LTDA, Suzuki, and TCC, where they gained experience in various aspects of HR, including staffing, training, performance management, and organizational climate.

Nathalie Rico attended The University of Texas at Austin from 2022 to 2023, where they pursued a degree in Employment Law Specialization with a focus on Labor and Industrial Relations. Before that, in 2021-2022, they studied at Cornell University, specializing in American Employment Law and Policy Issues. Prior to these experiences, Nathalie received a degree in HR Management from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and a degree in Psychology from Universidad Católica.
