Jamie Ramirez-Leslie has a robust background in social work and education, currently serving as a Special Educator at Argosy Collegiate Charter School since January 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Social Case Worker II with the State of Rhode Island from May to November 2022, and as a Senior Behavioral Health Community Advocate followed by a Community Health Advocate in Behavioral Health at Providence Community Health Centers from October 2016 to May 2022. Additionally, Jamie was an NFL Cheerleader for the New England Patriots from April 2018 to June 2020 and worked as an Overnight Residential Counselor at Gateway Healthcare in 2016. Jamie holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Rhode Island College and an Associate of Arts from the Community College of Rhode Island.

Argosy Collegiate is a tuition-free, college preparatory, public charter school that was founded to provide this and future generations of children in Fall River an opportunity to pursue an educational pathway toward college and career readiness in a small school environment.
