Corbett Hoenninger

Corbett Hoenninger is an experienced aerospace engineering professional currently serving as General Manager and Managing Director at ARGOTEC since October 2023. Hoenninger has been an Advisory Board Member for the Texas A&M University Department of Aerospace Engineering since January 2017. Previously, Hoenninger held various leadership roles at Sierra Space from June 2016 to September 2023, including VP of the Astronaut Training Academy and SVP of Engineering, overseeing a team of approximately 1,000 engineers and a budget of $750 million. Earlier experience includes serving as Sr. Director of Programs and Director of Programs for the Dream Chaser spacecraft, as well as leading the Avionics Integrated Product Team at Sierra Nevada Corporation. Hoenninger's career began at United Space Alliance, where responsibilities included Flight Controller positions for the International Space Station and Space Shuttle. The educational background includes a BS and MS in Aerospace Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MS in Physics from the University of Houston-Clear Lake. Hoenninger also completed a Leadership Development Institute management program.
