Juan Carlos Chavez II

Juan Carlos Chavez II is a skilled project manager with extensive experience in mechanical engineering and project support. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Argus Consulting, Inc. since January 2024, Juan previously held the position of Senior Mechanical Engineer at Plug Power from August 2022 to January 2024. Prior to that, Juan worked at Sargent & Lundy from November 2015 to August 2022, progressing from Mechanical Associate to Senior Mechanical Associate, where responsibilities included writing project specifications for key equipment and collaborating with designers in the Fossil Power Technologies division. Juan also completed a rotational program as Engineer I at Arizona Public Service (APS) and gained intern experience with Fossil Generation Engineering at APS. Juan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona, obtained in 2014.
