Alex Reynolds

Alex Reynolds has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Most recently, they worked at The Argus Group as the Head of Corporate Development and IR starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they were the Head of Financials at Berenberg from November 2020 to February 2023. They also served as a Managing Director at Macquarie Group, where they focused on UK Investment Banking in M&A, Corporate Broking, and ECM, from May 2015 to November 2020. Before Macquarie, they held the position of Head of Banks, Financial Institutions Group (FIG) UK at SANTANDER GLOBAL BANKING AND MARKETS from August 2013 to May 2015. They were also a Managing Director at RBS Hoare Govett from July 2009 to January 2013 and a Director at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein from October 1999 to June 2009. Additionally, they worked at the Financial Services Authority as part of the UK Listing Authority (UKLA) from October 1997 to October 1999, and at the London Stock Exchange as a founder member of the AIM Team from October 1995 to October 1997. Their early career included a role at the European Commission in the Directorate General for Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship, and SMEs from 1993 to 1994.

Alex Reynolds attended the University of Oxford from 1989 to 1992, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. Their field of study was Politics, Philosophy, and Economics (PPE) at Exeter College.
