Mariel Verde

Mariel Verde is currently serving as the Regional Account Manager for the Americas at Argus Media since October 2023. Previously, Mariel held the position of Investment Sales Associate at Exceed Realty from February 2021 to January 2024, where responsibilities included market data presentation, contract negotiations, and investor engagement. Prior to that, Mariel worked at eXp Realty, contributing to the development of a growth strategy for the CloudKitchen concept and managing a large customer database. Mariel also held roles at Intero Real Estate Services and Meriplex Communications, focusing on investment sales and account management respectively, where growth strategies and customer procurement were key tasks. Early career experience includes serving as an Account Manager at Home Therapeutic Solutions, facilitating marketing strategies for agency services. Mariel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Business from Texas Christian University.
