Rachel Hayward

Rachel Hayward is an experienced legal professional with a robust background in corporate and commercial law. Currently serving as an in-house lawyer at Argus Media since August 2019, Rachel previously worked as a Corporate and Commercial Associate at Goodman Derrick LLP from August 2017 to August 2019. Earlier experience includes a position as an Associate at Herbert Smith Freehills, where Rachel also completed a trainee solicitor program that encompassed various legal specialties. A brief secondment as an Associate at BP in 2016 and work as an Insolvency Administrator at RSM Tenon further contribute to Rachel's diverse legal skill set. Rachel holds an Accelerated LPC and GDL from BPP Law School, along with a degree in English Literature from The University of Sheffield.
