Janet Woodruff

Janet Woodruff FCPA, FCA ICD.D is a seasoned director with extensive experience in corporate governance and finance. Currently serving as a Director at the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization since January 2023, Janet's prior roles include directorships at Ballard Power Systems, Keyera Corporation, and Altus Group, among others. Janet has a strong background in leadership, having acted as Chief Executive Officer and CFO (Interim) at Transportation Investment Corporation and served on various boards including FortisBC and Capstone Infrastructure Corporation. With an MBA from Schulich School of Business and an ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors, Janet combines academic excellence with substantial practical experience in the industry.
