Megan Shah

Megan Shah currently serves as the VP of Enterprise PMO and VP of Inventory Management at Arhaus since April 2024. Previously, Megan held various leadership positions at Gap, including Head of Product Operations and Production Strategy as well as Senior Director and Director of Product Operations and Production Strategy from June 2015 to April 2024. Earlier experience includes roles at Gap Inc. as Director of Product Operations and Global Supply Chain Strategy and Senior Manager, Global Supply Chain Strategy from May 2012 to June 2015, and as a Senior Consultant at Kurt Salmon from July 2010 to May 2012. Education includes an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business (2008-2010) and a Bachelor's Degree from Miami University.
