Françoise Berger

Françoise Berger is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in managing human resources functions across various organizations. Currently serving as Directrice des ressources humaines at Fondation ARHM since January 2020, Françoise has held several significant transitional roles including Directrice de projet RH at Giesecke+Devrient and DRH site at PCAS and General Mills - Yoplait. Notable achievements include leading organizational changes, implementing safety culture, and enhancing recruitment processes at Cegid, where Françoise was responsible for group HR development.
