Paul Buchheit

Paul Buchheit, CMP, currently serves as the Executive Director of Sales at ARIA Resort & Casino, a position held since April 2021. Prior to this role, Paul held similar leadership positions as the Executive Director of Sales at Luxor Hotel & Casino and as the Associate Director of Sales at Bellagio. Extensive experience in the hospitality industry includes roles as Associate Director of Sales at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, Senior Account Executive at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, and National Sales Manager for the Las Vegas Sands Corp. Paul began the career as a Sales Manager & Executive Meetings Manager at The Venetian and has held various sales roles since starting as a Retail Lead at Hard Rock Hotel Las Vegas. Paul earned a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas between 1999 and 2001.
