Pauline Hu

Pauline Hu is the Vice President of Human Resources at Aria Systems, where she is in charge of building a workplace culture that is results-driven, dynamic, fun, and rewarding for Aria’s employees.

She brings over 20 years of hands-on HR management experience at start-up and public companies in high-tech, bio-tech, and non-profit sectors. Pauline has a proven track record in building the HR infrastructure and improving the organizational effectiveness of high growth companies, and has successfully led companies through mergers, acquisitions, and IPO’s.

Prior to joining Aria, Pauline was the VP of HR at HotChalk, an online education technology company; and Head of HR at Voxify, a SaaS speech self-service solutions provider for enterprise contact centers. Pauline has a Master’s Degree in Education from Harvard University and a BA Degree in International Relations from Wellesley College.
