Diego Montejo has a significant amount of experience in the field of design and art direction. Diego began their career in 2003 as a Web Jr Designer at lalupa.com and then worked as a Web Designer at M&M Multimedia. In 2007, they moved on to DiscoverLearnDream as a Web Sr Designer. Diego then joined Ennovva in 2010 as a Web Sr Designer before transitioning to the role of Art Director, where they conducted research, developed communication strategies, and directed graphic designs. In 2011, they joined Publicaciones Semana as a Digital Designer, where they provided support to the commercial department, designed and animated graphical pieces, and conceptualized campaigns. From 2012 to 2016, they worked at Ennovva as an Art Director, focusing on user research, concept development, and national-level graphic direction for digital developments. Diego then served as an Art Director at IDInteractive from 2016 to 2017 and La Valiente - Consultora Digital from 2019 to 2020. Most recently, they have been working at Open English since 2018, where they led the design team, created brand identities on digital platforms, conducted user research, provided graphic support, and coached and mentored others. Additionally, they are currently serving as an Art Director at Ariadna Communications Group's Ariadna Health division.

Diego Montejo has a diverse educational background in the field of creative arts and advertising. Diego completed a course on "The Marketing Economy" at Universidad EAN in 2019. In 2017, they pursued a degree in "Dirección de arte" at PH3 Studio. In 2015, Diego studied "Dirección de Arte" at UNDERGROUND escuela de creatividad. Prior to that, in 2014, they attended Dream Team Escuela de Creativos and acquired knowledge in "Dirección de arte y redacción publicitaria". In the same year, they also completed a diploma in "Fotografía Digital" and another diploma in "Captura, Montaje y Edición de Video" from United International College, specializing in the field of digital arts.

Diego's educational journey began earlier with a diploma in "Comunicación Creativa y Técnicas Publicitarias" from Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano in 2013. In 2012, they participated in the "Seminario encuentro internacional de la arquitectura de información" at Fundacion Universitaria Sanitas. Diego further enhanced their skills in online advertising by obtaining a diploma in "Publicidad Online" from IAB Colombia in 2011. In the same year, Diego also completed a course on "Manejo de Herramientas de Ad Server" at E-planning.

Diego's educational pursuits have not been limited to the creative arts alone. Diego attended Platzi in 2010 and completed a course on "HTML5 - CSS3". Additionally, they participated in a seminar on "Nuevas Estrategias de Marketing y el Impacto de las Redes Virtuales" at Fedesoft in 2009. To broaden their knowledge in the field of online marketing and search engine optimization, they completed courses on "SEO y Marketing Online" at Platzi and "CMS Joomla" at Geosdigital in 2008.

Diego's academic journey commenced with an intermediate English course at Koe Corporation in 2006-2007. Diego then pursued their passion for graphic design by earning a degree in "Diseñador Gráfico" from Escuela de Artes y Letras in 2000-2004. Diego'sacademic journey began with a strong foundation at Salesiano Juan del Rizzo, where they completed their "Bachillerato Académico" in 1995-2000.
