Ariadne Labs
Kelsie Okamura is an experienced professional in psychology and implementation research. Currently serving as an Implementation Researcher at The Baker Center for Children and Families and a Lecturer of Psychology at Harvard Medical School since August 2022, Kelsie also holds the position of Associate Faculty at Ariadne Labs. Kelsie's previous roles include Assistant Professor at Hawaii Pacific University, Continuous Quality Improvement Specialist at the Hawaii State Department of Health, and a Scholar in the New Connections program supported by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. Additional experience includes leading evaluations at Kaeru Services, serving as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Pennsylvania, and a long tenure as a Graduate Student at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, where Kelsie earned a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology. Kelsie obtained a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the same institution, demonstrating a strong academic background in the field.

Ariadne Labs is a joint center for health systems innovation at Brigham and Women's Hospital and Harvard T. H. Chan School of Public Health. Our mission is to build and support a community of researchers who create and drive scalable solutions that produce better care at the most critical moments in people's lives everywhere. We are named for Ariadne, the Greek goddess who showed the way out of the Minotaur's labyrinth with a simple thread - for we are trying to provide simple solutions to navigating the maze of healthcare complexity.
