Alberto Ponti

Alberto Ponti currently serves as the Chief People & Culture Officer at Aries Group since January 2024. Previously, Alberto held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at a private equity firm from 2020 to 2023, overseeing HR functions for various companies in the Food and Energy sectors. Between January 2011 and September 2020, Alberto worked as the HR Director for Home & Personal Care Companies at Bolton Group, managing HR for four companies in Italy and France. Prior roles include HR Manager at RCS Mediagroup, responsible for two business units and industrial relations, and multiple HR Manager positions at Unilever from 2004 to 2008. Alberto began professional training as an HR Assistant at Nestle in 2003. Educational qualifications include a degree from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, completed in 2003, and studies at liceo berchet.
