Roberta Poso

Roberta Poso has extensive work experience in human resources. Roberta currently holds the position of Ass. HR Manager Cluster Milano at Aries Group Srl since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at JW Marriott Venice Resort & Spa for several years in various roles. From April 2018 to July 2022, they served as a Human Resources Supervisor, where they were responsible for managing and supervising the selection process and preparing hiring documents. From April 2016 to April 2018, they worked as a Human Resources Coordinator, handling job posting, CV screening, and conducting interviews. Roberta also served as a Human Resources Trainee at the same company from October 2015 to April 2016, where they provided support in various HR processes. Before joining JW Marriott Venice Resort & Spa, Roberta worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Eduforma S.r.l. for a brief period in 2015. Additionally, they gained experience as a TIROCINIO POST-LAUREAM at the Servizio Stage e Career Service - University of Padua from January 2014 to January 2015, where they managed job placements and conducted job orientation interviews.

Roberta Poso began their education in 2007 at the Università del Salento where they pursued a Doctor of Law degree, specializing in Scienze e Tecniche Psicologiche. Roberta completed their studies in 2011.

Afterwards, from 2011 to 2013, Roberta attended the Università degli Studi di Padova, where they earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Psicologia Sociale, del Lavoro e della Comunicazione.

Following their formal education, Roberta obtained additional certifications. In January 2016, they obtained the "Iscrizione alla Sezione A dell’Albo degli Psicologi del Veneto" certification, although the institution is not provided. In August 2015, they obtained the "Abilitazione all'esercizio della professione di Psicologo" certification from the University of Padova.
