Shruthi Wooday

Shruthi Wooday has extensive work experience in design and user experience roles. Shruthi is currently the Head of Design at Delegate Connect since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Culture Amp as the Principal Product Designer from March 2021 to February 2022. Before that, they served as the Principal UX Designer at OFX from May 2018 to March 2021. Shruthi also worked at BT Financial Group as the Lead CX/UX Design Consultant from September 2017 to May 2018, and at Domain.com.au as the Lead User Experience Designer from June 2015 to September 2017. Shruthi also has experience in senior design positions, including as the Senior User Experience Designer at Cornerstone OnDemand from July 2013 to June 2015 and as the UI/UX Designer at Booktrack from August 2012 to June 2013. Additionally, they worked as a Freelance UI/UX Consultant from March 2012 to August 2012. Shruthi began their career at Web Media Factory as the Lead Digital Designer and Brand Developer from June 2008 to December 2010, and as a Graphic/Web Designer at Marlborough Net from January 2007 to June 2008.

Shruthi Wooday has a diverse education history with a focus on web development, design, psychology, interaction design, and advertising. In 2001, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing and Advertising from the University of Mumbai. This was followed by a Master of Visual Art in Advertising from Bangalore University, which they completed in 2005. In 2006, Shruthi earned a Diploma in Communicative Arts and Design from the Design and Arts College of New Zealand.

In 2011, Shruthi pursued a Diploma of Web Development at Natcoll Design Technology in Auckland, which concluded in 2012. Shruthi'sinterest in user-centric psychology and interaction design led their to attend Human Factors International in 2014, where they became a Certified Usability Analyst.

Additionally, in September 2014, Shruthi obtained a certification from Human Factors International as a Certified Usability Analyst.
