Gunnar Sveinn Sigfússon

Gunnar Sveinn Sigfússon has a diverse work experience history. Gunnar Sveinn started their career in 2017 as a Sales Agent at Hertz, where they worked until 2019. During their time there, they managed a fleet of motorhomes and campers as a Division Manager. In 2021, Gunnar worked as a Mortgage Specialist at Íslandsbanki, where they reviewed loan applications, advised clients on mortgage options, and assessed loan acceptance/rejection. Gunnar Sveinn also had a corporate finance internship at Arion banki in 2022, where they gained experience in portfolio management, strategic initiatives, and mergers and acquisitions. Currently, Gunnar is a board member at Startup Reykjavik, starting in 2023.

Gunnar Sveinn Sigfússon completed their Matriculation Examination in Business & Economics at the Commercial College of Iceland from 2016 to 2019. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Finance at Reykjavik University from 2019 to 2022.
