Elaine Morgan

Elaine Morgan is a seasoned professional in mental health and healthcare with a diverse background in clinical practice and administrative roles. Currently serving as a Mental Health Clinician at ARISE CNY since June 2022, Elaine has previously worked as a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern at David B. Falk College of Sport & Human Dynamics at Syracuse University and held various positions at American Medical Response, including Office Manager and EMT Basic. Additional experiences include a role as Confidential Secretary to the Town Supervisor in Sullivan, Town of, and several human resources positions, notably as a Human Resources Training Coordinator at Walmart.
