James started their career at Shop Direct as a Senior Business Analyst in 2009 and later became an Outsource Operations Manager. In 2012, they joined Arise Virtual Solutions Inc. as a Senior Customer Success Manager, where they worked until 2018. James then worked as a Webmaster at Marching 2x2 Media from 2018 to 2020. In 2020, they returned to Arise Virtual Solutions Inc. as a Senior Customer Success Manager and was recently promoted to Director of Customer Success in June 2022.
James Swinden attended The Manchester Metropolitan University from 2002 to 2005. James studied E-Commerce and specialized in Business Information Technology.
