Luis Vazquez

Luis Vazquez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and account management. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in Customer Success at Arise Virtual Solutions Inc. since January 2013, Luis previously held the role of Manager for Client Results. Prior to this, Luis worked at PCCW Teleservices Inc. for over six years as a Senior Account Manager, managing key accounts such as Belkin and Bank of America. Luis's career includes earlier positions at Protocol Integrated Direct Marketing Group, where responsibilities included account management and staff training, as well as roles focused on sales at both Protocol Integrated Direct Marketing and Bank Systems. Luis holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Capella University and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Davenport University.
