Gil Pili

Gil Pili is an experienced professional in user experience design, currently serving as Associate Director of Product Design at ArisGlobal since December 2022, focusing on the LifeSphere application and leading design efforts for Safety and Regulatory products. Prior to this role, Gil has held multiple significant positions, including Senior User Experience Designer at TIAA, where leadership in UX efforts for the Unified Desktop was key. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior User Experience Developer at MIT Lincoln Labs, a User Experience Developer at Professional Alternative, and a User Experience Developer/Prototyper at Litle & Co. Gil also founded and managed Cornerstone Books, a general bookstore in Salem, MA. Educational background includes a BA in English from California State University, Fresno.
