Keith Dempsey

Keith Dempsey is the current Chief Information Security Officer at ArisGlobal. Keith has held this position since February of 2022. Prior to that, they were the CIO/CISO at Xybion Corporation from May of 2019 to February of 2022. Keith was responsible for all security aspects of their digital platforms and IT operations of all their web-services. Keith built an 18-point IT Security Zero-trust framework preventing any and all intrusions and data losses. Keith also ensured secure compliance with stringent FDA regulations as well as all policies and procedures set forth by our Compliance organization. Keith implemented MFA, AI Network security monitoring, Endpoint Detection & Reponse platform and VPN AWS tunneling to insure complete enterprise security. Keith also hired, mentored, and retained high performance professionals with deep technical and industry knowledge on a global scale, resulting in turnover rate of fewer than 5%.

Keith Dempsey's career in information technology began in 2007 when they became the Vice President of Information Technology Fixed Income at Barclays Wealth (formerly Lehman Brothers). Keith held that position until 2011 when they took on the role of Vice President Information Technology at AIG. Keith held that position until 2018 when they left to become the CIO/CISO at Xybion Corporation.

Keith Dempsey has a BS in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson University and an MBA in Marketing from William Paterson University of New Jersey. Keith also has a certification in Cloud Architecture: Core Concepts from LinkedIn.

Keith Dempsey reports to Mike Gordon, CEO. Keith Dempsey works with Clint Wolfe - Chief Human Resources Officer, Russ Schreiber - COO, and Rick Simpson - CFO.
